Province of Brindisi: Municipality of Cisternino;

Province of Foggia: Municipalities of Cerignola, San Ferdinando di Puglia, Stornara, Stornarella, Trinitapoli, Municipalities of Carpino, Ischitella;

Provincia di Foggia: Comuni di Cerignola, San Ferdinando di Puglia, Stornara, Stornarella, Trinitapoli, Comuni di Carpino, Ischitella;

Both the registration with the CCIAA on the date of the disaster and the holding’s possession of the farm file are indispensable requirements for agricultural enterprises and cooperatives carrying out the agricultural production activity in the demarcated areas.

The following is a list of the necessary documentation:

-request for the benefit;

-technical report with estimate of damage;

-a copy of a valid identification document;

-declaration in lieu of the document of repute;

-declaration in lieu of the document of repute authorizing the submission of the application in question and the collection of the provisions provided for, issued by the co-owner in the case of joint ownership, or by the bare owner in the case of usufruct, either by the owner in the case of rent, or by the borrower in the case of loan management, unless expressly stated in the specific contract;

-IBAN code of the agricultural holding.
