Does the Sabatini law provide for concessions for the purchase of agricultural machinery?

The “Growth Decree” of the Conte bis government has confirmed the extension to the Sabatini law, which provides concessions on the purchase of machinery, equipment, equipment, hardware, software, digital technologies also for the agricultural sector. There is time until 31 December 2020 to get the benefits on tractors, equipment and technologies for agriculture.

Companies that apply for access to Sabatini and purchase capital goods even under lease, are entitled to a bank loan or lease up to 80% of the amount, with a maximum duration of financing of five years, between EUR 20000 and EUR 2milions. All micro, small and medium-sized Italian companies that have their headquarters in Italy, which are registered in the Register of Companies, which are not subject to voluntary liquidation or insolvency proceedings or which have obtained and had to return unlawfully obtained aid. The purchase of land and buildings is excluded from the levy.

Companies who want to access Sabatini must complete the application on the official website of the Ministry for Economic Development in the section dedicated to “Capital Goods or New Sabatini” and from there will start the process of verification and approval.
