VIGNETO CONTROROTATING is the trailed sprayer designed for winegrowers looking for precision, reliability and even product distribution.
Cistern and Cleaning
Equipped with a full-empty polyethylene tank, it offers optimal treatment management. The integrated handwash tank and visible external level allow easy monitoring of the contents. The circuit-washing tank with 3-way valve enables quick and easy internal rinsing, simplifying maintenance and cleaning.
Frame and Adaptability
The heavy-duty profiled frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel provides weather resistance and strength in the field. The height- and width-adjustable axle and height- and length-adjustable drawbar ensure excellent adaptability to various types of terrain. The adjustable and removable support wheel facilitates easy positioning and stability of the sprayer.
Counter-rotating Distribution System
At the heart of VIGNETO CONTROROTANTE are the counter-rotating variable pitch nylon propellers, which ensure uniform product distribution. This counter-rotating fan system ensures complete and precise coverage, optimizing treatments on dense crops. Hot-dip galvanized metal conveyor with internal suction contributes to effective and homogeneous atomization.
Spraying and Accuracy
Dual anti-drip brass jets ensure precise spraying, minimizing the risk of drips, thus improving treatment effectiveness. The 2-speed plus idler multiplier offers flexibility in product delivery, adapting the sprayer to different treatment needs. The pressure regulating valve, which can be controlled remotely from the tractor, ensuresexcellent pressure management.
Filtration and Agitation
The external suction filter with self-filling and the filter on the discharge with additional drain tap ensure continuous flow and a clean system, reducing the risk of clogging. The swiveling and inspectable hydraulic agitation system ensures constant and homogeneous mixing of the product, improving the quality of the treatment.
Security and Functionality
VIGNETO CONTROROTATING is equipped with attachments for rear spears or miter and a rear bumper that protect the unit during operations. The powder premixer facilitates the preparation of the solution.
