TheEVOLUTION Atomizer is an advanced machine for phytosanitary treatments, designed to ensure uniform and effective distribution of products in large crops such as orchards and other crops . Main features:

• Polyethylene cistern with special shape bottom
  The tank is made of polyethylene and has a specially shaped bottom that allows total product emptying, minimizing residue and improving operational efficiency.
• External level
  The visible external level allows the operator to easily monitor the amount of liquid in the tank during use, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations.
• Hand-washing cistern
  A hand-washing tank is included to enable the operator to safely clean his hands after using chemicals.
• Circuit-washing tank with 3-way valve
  The circuit-washing tank with 3-way valve enables effective cleaning of the distribution system to avoid cross-contamination and ensure the durability of the machinery.
• Heavy profile frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel
  The frame is constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel, a material that is highly resistant to corrosion and mechanical stress, which increases the service life of the machinery under intensive working conditions.
• Height and length adjustable drawbar
  The drawbar can be adjusted in both height and length to accommodate different sized tractors, improving maneuverability and stability during use.
• Axle adjustable in height and width
  Theaxle is adjustable in height and width, allowing the machine’s position and stability to be optimized on variable terrain.
• Adjustable and removable support wheel

• 2-speed gear multiplier plus neutral

  Thenylon propeller has variable pitch , and is equipped with a removable mechanical clutch to prevent tearing of any kind , through adjustment of the blades. It is possible to adjust the speed and volume of airflow. It is designed to withstand wear and tear, with easy maintenance.
• Stainless steel jet rods
  The casting rods are made of stainless steel to ensure long life and corrosion resistance. The rods are equipped with nickel-plated brass casting holder clamps.
• Double brass anti-drip jets
  Double brass jets are equipped with anti-drip systems, minimizing product dispersion and improving application efficiency.
• Double brass cannon jets and Or Gigant jets with anti-drip
  Brass cannon jets and Or Gigant jets with anti-drip system ensure precise and targeted treatment distribution.
• Remote pressure regulator distributor on the brass tractor
  The remote pressure distributor allows the operator to easily adjust the pressure during treatment for best results, without having to get off the tractor.
• External suction filter with self-filling
  External suction filter prevents impurities from entering the distribution system. The auto-fill system facilitates quick and safe filling of the tank.
