Hydraulic Weeding Bar

The Hydraulic Weeding Bar is a professional tool designed for treating crops with herbicides or other herbicide products. The main features of this boom make it ideal for weed control operations in agricultural fields, combining efficiency, strength and precision.

Main features:

• Reinforced frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel
  The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which provides enhanced corrosion resistance and long service life, even in aggressive working environments, such as those characterized by the use of chemicals. It works like a 4-cylinder weed control boom , but has only two that activate a pull rod to allow the outermost section to be opened and closed , with obvious advantage in terms of convenience , as it needs only two hydraulic outlets. It can be equipped with either a connecting rod balancer with mechanical locking or a tiller trim corrector with hydraulic piston.
• Articulation with shockproof springs
  The joint system with shock-absorbing springs absorb shocks while working, improving boom stability and even product distribution. This system reduces wear and tear and increases the life of the bar.
• Uniget with anti-drip
  The boom is equipped with uniget (combination nozzles) with anti-drip system, which prevents product wastage.
• Nozzles in Kematal
  The nozzles are made of Kematal, a material that provides resistance to chemicals and a long service life. This material is ideal for use with herbicides and other aggressive treatments while maintaining distribution accuracy. Other types of nozzles are available upon request.
• AISI 304 stainless steel jet holder tubes.
  The casting tubes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material that is highly resistant to corrosion and chemicals, ensuring long service life and protection against wear and tear.
• Strainers with anti-drip valve
  The boom is equipped with filter screens that prevent clogging of the nozzles and anti-drip valves that prevent product spillage when the nozzles are not in operation, ensuring more precise distribution and avoiding waste.
