TheNew Generation Atomizer is an innovative piece of equipment designed for effective and energy-efficient phytosanitary treatments, ideal for applications on vineyards, orchards and other crops. Characterized by a newly developed fan apparatus, this sprayer provides high performance, low power consumption, and uniform product distribution and excellent transversality.

Main features:

• Polyethylene full-emptying cistern
  The cistern is made of polyethylene with full emptying capacity to ensure that no product residue remains at the end of treatment.
• External level
  The external level makes it easy to monitor the amount of liquid remaining during application, avoiding interruptions in operations.
• Hand-washing cistern
  The presence of a hand-washing tank allows for quick cleaning of the operator during or after treatment, increasing safety.
• Circuit-washing tank with 3-way valve
  The circuit-washing system with 3-way valve allows the circuit to be cleaned quickly and safely, reducing the risk of contamination and residue.
• Heavy profile frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel
  The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and longer machine life even in harsh working environments.
• Helm adjustable in length and height
  The drawbar is easily adjustable in both length and height to optimize maneuverability and adaptation to different sized tractors.
• Axle adjustable in height and width
  Theaxle is adjustable in height and width for better machine balance
• Adjustable and removable support wheel
  The support wheel is height-adjustable and removable, making it easier to maintain and move the machine
• Hot-dip galvanized metal conveyor
  The conveyor is made of hot-dip galvanized metal and provides robust protection against weathering and wear, and is equipped with outlet conveyors that provide greater uniformity of outlet air flow.
• New nylon-glass airfoil propeller with clutch
  The newly developedpropeller is made of nylon-glass with an independent mechanical clutch. The propeller enables superior performance to common fan apparatus and greater energy efficiency. The new design reduces power consumption while maintaining high performance.
• Stainless steel jet rods
  Casting rods are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. The rods have removable nickel-plated brass clamps.
• Double jets with brass anti-drip device
  Double brass jets are equipped with anti-drip system to prevent waste and ensure even product distribution.
• Distributor remote pressure regulator on the tractor
  The remotely adjustable distributor allows pressure to be managed directly from the tractor for precise control tailored to treatment needs.
• External intake filter with auto-fill valve
  The external suction filter is equipped with an auto-fill valve, which simplifies and speeds up the process of loading the machine.
• Strainers on brass discharge with additional drain cock
  Filters on the discharge are made of brass, with an additional drain cock to facilitate maintenance and ensure that the product distributed is free of impurities.
• Stirring system for homogeneous mixing of the product
  The agitation system ensures optimal mixing of the product, preventing sedimentation and ensuring even distribution.
• Rear bumper
  The rear bumper provides additional protection for the machine during transport operations and when working in confined spaces.
• Rear spear or miter attachments
  Rear lance or miter attachments allow the integration of accessories for targeted treatments or for treatments on tall, hard-to-reach crops.
• Powder premixer
  The powder premixer enables homogeneous mixing of powder products with liquid before distribution to ensure effective treatments.
• Stainless steel tank washer
  The tank washer is made of stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant material, and facilitates the cleaning of the main tank.
• Stainless steel can washer
  The stainless steel can washer is useful for rinsing containers or jars of chemicals, reducing the risk of contamination.
