REAR TANGENZIAL – trailed atomizer

TheREAR TANGENTIAL mist sprayer is a machine designed to optimize spraying over large agricultural areas, such as vineyards, orchards and tree crops. Thanks to the tangential airflow at the rear, it is particularly effective in penetrating the leaf mass, providing precise and even distribution of the product while avoiding the suction of dry leaves or anything else that would occlude the fan. This machine is ideal for medium and large tractors.

Main features:

• Polyethylene full-emptying cistern
  Made of high-quality polyethylene, the tank is designed to ensure total liquid emptying, minimizing waste and improving efficiency.
• External level
  The external level makes it easy to monitor the liquid level in the tank, providing a visible indication of the amount remaining during use.
• Hand-washing cistern
  A hand-washing tank is included to ensure operator safety, allowing hands to be washed easily after using chemicals or treatments.
• Circuit-washing tank with 3-way valve
  The circuit-washing system allows the entire distribution system to be cleaned after use, while the 3-way valve manages liquid flow for easy cleaning.
• Heavy profile frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel
  The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, and offers excellent corrosion protection and long service life, even under heavy use.
• Height and length adjustable drawbar
  The adjustable drawbar allows the machine to be adapted to the size of the tractor, facilitating maneuverability and improving compatibility with tractors of different sizes.
• Axle adjustable in height and width
  Theaxle can be adjusted in height and width, improving the stability of the machine on different terrain and increasing safety during use.
• Adjustable and removable support wheel
  The support wheel is adjustable and detachable, providing greater stability when moving unloaded and parking equipment.
• Hot-dip galvanized metal conveyor with internal suction
  The conveyor is designed for internal suction, improving airflow efficiency and product distribution. Galvanized steel construction ensures a long service life. The turret is suitably designed to ensure maximum cross-flow of air , and is equipped with a series of baffles that equalize the distribution of product on both sides of the fan.
• Variable pitch nylon propeller
  The nylonpropeller has a variable pitch, which allows the air speed to be adjusted to achieve even and targeted distribution of the spraying liquid.
• 2-speed gear multiplier plus neutral
  The gear multiplier allows selection between two speeds and an idle speed, providing optimal flexibility to adapt to different working conditions.
• Rear tangential airflow
  Tangential rear airflow allows optimal product distribution and better penetration into the leaf mass, ensuring effective spraying of plants, even in hard-to-reach areas. Front suction prevents the accumulation of leaf material or other material that would occlude the fan apparatus.
• Stainless steel jet rods
  The casting rods are made of stainless steel, which offers greater resistance to corrosion, increasing the machine’s durability. The rods are equipped with detachable nickel-plated brass holder clamps.
• Double brass anti-drip jets
  The brass anti-drip double jet system reduces product loss and ensures even liquid distribution, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
• Distributor remote pressure regulator on the tractor
  The remote pressure distributor allows easy adjustment of flow pressure directly from the tractor, improving spraying accuracy.
• External suction filter with autoriempimento
  The external suction filter prevents the entry of impurities into the distribution system, while the self-filling system facilitates quick and safe filling of the tank.
• Filters on the discharge with additional drain tap
  Filters on the discharge protect the distribution system from impurities and blockages. The additional drain tap makes it easy to maintain and drain the system.
• Swiveling and inspectable hydraulic agitator
  Thehydraulic agitator keeps the product homogeneous during use, preventing the settling of solids and ensuring that the product is properly distributed. It can be swiveled and inspected, facilitating maintenance.
• Rear bumper
  The rear bumper protects the equipment from being bumped or damaged while working.
• Powder premixer
  The powder premixer allows powder products to be properly mixed with liquid for a homogeneous and uniform solution to be sprayed.
