Cistern and security systems

One of the distinguishing features of the LSA Bravo is the full-empty polyethylene tank, which allows every drop of product to be used, thus reducing waste and optimizing treatment efficiency. To ensure maximum operator safety, the unit is also equipped with a hand-washing tank, which helps maintain proper hygiene during use, and a circuit-washing tank, which is useful for keeping the system clean and always ready for use. In addition, the visible external level makes it easy to monitor the amount of residual liquid, ensuring accurate treatment management.

Frame and strength

The heavy-duty profiled frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel offers exceptional resistance to weathering and corrosion, ensuring a long service life for the herbicide unit. Fork couplings provide a stable and secure connection to the tractor, allowing safe use even in difficult terrain.

Distribution and control system

In terms of product distribution, the LSA Bravo is equipped with a low-pressure diaphragm pump combined with a computer , which ensures even and reliable herbicide delivery. The 5-section electric proportional control system allows precise flow management, with separate taps for the agitator and mixer. The Bravo 180 computer, conveniently located in the cab, allows monitoring and control of all operations in real time, facilitating equipment management.

Hydraulic agitator and filtration system

The herbicide unit also includes an inspectable hydraulic agitator, which ensures that the mixture remains homogeneous during application, preventing blockages or malfunctions. In addition, there is an external suction filter with an autoriemption valve, which ensures a constant flow of liquid without interruption.

Spreader bar and protection

Product distribution is by means of a hydraulic bar with a cross lock and 2 pistons, equipped with a rocker arm with manual mechanical locking, which provides optimal stability during work. To protect the system from impacts or shocks, the bar is equipped with shock-absorbing spring-loaded joints, which minimize the risk of damage during use.

Anti-drip distribution system

The dispensing system is further improved by Uniget anti-drip nozzles, combined with blue kematal nozzles and other anti-drip filters, which ensure precise and uniform product dispensing, avoiding waste. Hydraulic hoses with quick couplers simplify connection to the tractor, making installation quick and uncomplicated.
