Registration holders must place labelled products on the market CLP mandatory from 1 June 2015; the agropharmaceuticals already on the market, labeled with the previous legislation Dpd, Directive on dangerous preparations, can be marketed by retailers and used by farmers without the need for re-uselabelling until 31 May 2017.

May 31, 2017 is the deadline for the disposal of stocks to trade and use of agropharmaceuticals labelled Dpd. The Dpd and Clp labels will both be available on the Ministry of Health database until 31 May 2017.
